4.14.11 So Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution (Season 2 in LA) was on air this week. See it here on Hulu. Or if you can't might as well try this awesome salad recipe; Caesar Salad on the Lighter Side. On the first episode Jamie dramatically demonstrates just how much sugar goes into the milk American students consume in one week. The very next day, the NY Times publishes this very insightful 9 page article titled Is Sugar Toxic. A long but worthwhile read. Also if you have time Prof. Lustig's now viral lecture Sugar: The Bitter Truth is definitely a must watch.
