Mag Active's Quick Absorption Magnesium drops. Instead of the suggested 1-2 drops, I used 3 drops (about 400 mg) and gulped it down with some cold green tea. Within a matter of minutes I went to the bathroom. First time in 4-5 days! Coincidence?

To prevent or help with constipation I would also suggest drinking a large glass (2.5 cups) of warm water first thing in the mornings. I suggest 1/3 part boiled, 2/3 room temperature water.
Also, if you're really desperate you can try dieter teas (IE super dieters tea), which also makes you go - but they usually give you the runs - so not the best choice.
Hmm also herd Liquorice root tea helps.
